Doughnut Promotion - BIBA 2026

1. The promotion

1.1. Entrants have a chance to win:

 

1.1.1. a single doughnut (the “Single Doughnut Promotion”); and

 

1.1.2. a tray of doughnuts for their delivery to their office (the “Tray of Doughnuts Promotion”);

together the “Promotions”.

2. How to enter

2.1. The Single Doughnut Promotion

2.1.1. To enter the Single Doughnut Promotion, participants must:

2.1.1.1. follow @rrelentless and @rradar on LinkedIn; and

​

2.1.1.2. provide evidence of this to a rradar and/or rrelentless representative on the rradar/rrelentless BIBA exhibition stand (the “Stand”).

​

2.1.2. Subject to availability, provided the steps at 2.1.1.1 and 2.1.1.2 are followed, participants are eligible to receive a single doughnut from rradar/rrelentless representatives immediately at the Stand.

2.2. The Tray of Doughnuts Promotion

​

2.2.1. To enter the Tray of Doughnuts Promotion, participants must:

2.2.1.1. take a photo representing their “rethinking risk moment” (for example, their doughnut, their team, or their workplace); 

2.2.1.2. follow @rrelentless and @rradar; and

2.2.1.3. post the photo on LinkedIn or Instagram, clearly tagging @rrelentless and @rradar.

2.2.2. Subject to availability, and provided all steps at 2.2.1 have been followed, a winner of the Tray of Doughnuts Promotion will be selection at random by the Promoter following the end of the relevant Promotion Period.

2.2.3. We will notify winners as soon as possible following selection, and the prize will be sent within 21 days of that notification.

2.2.4. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If a prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.

2.2.5. For the avoidance of doubt, entries that do not tag the Promoter’s official accounts may not be captured and may be deemed invalid.

2.3. No payment is necessary to enter the Promotions. 

2.4. Prizes are subject to availability. The number of prizes is limited and once all available stock has been distributed, no further prizes will be available.

3. Promotion Periods

3.1. The Single Doughnut Promotion will start at 9:00 on 13th May 2026 and will end on 14th May at 16.00.

3.2. The prize draw for Tray of Doughnuts Promotion will start at 9.00 on 13th May and end on 18th May at 17:00. 

3.3. The periods at 3.1 and 3.2 are together the “Promotion Periods”.

3.4. Entries received by us outside the Promotion Periods will be void and will not be entered into the Promotions.

4. Eligibility

4.1. To enter the Promotions, you must be a participant of BIBA Conference 2026 and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

4.2. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

4.2.1. our employees or workers, or the employees or workers of any company in our group;

4.2.2. employees or workers of any organisation involved in the operation or administration of this promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies; and

4.2.3.  members of their immediate families.

4.3. Entries will be void if they:

4.3.1. do not comply with these terms and conditions;

4.3.2. are incomplete; or

4.3.3. are considered by the Promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the Promotions.

4.4. We may ask for proof of age or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.

4.5. Our decision as to whether an entrant is eligible for the Promotions is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.

5. Prize

5.1. The prizes are supplied by rrelentless Limited and/or rradar Limited.  

5.2. Entrants are only allowed to receive one prize. 

5.3. The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the prize. The prize may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisation connected to this promotion.

5.4. The prize is for named winners only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.

5.5. No purchase is required to enter the Promotions.

6. Public and use of personal information

6.2. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.

6.3. We may also use your data for the following purposes, and:

6.3.1. rrelentless Limited will be the data controller of any personal data you share with us. We will use this contact information to communicate with you about products and services from rradar limited and its associated companies;

6.3.2.  we will only send you marketing communications where you have provided your explicit consent at the point of entry. Entering this promotion does not require you to agree to receive marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly;

6.3.3. we may share your personal information with rradar Limited or any member of our group which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006;

6.3.4. for the purposes of administering the promotion. Where you have provided consent, this may include the use of your contact details by those companies to send marketing communications about their services;

6.3.5. if you have previously subscribed to receive marketing material, but no longer wish to receive all or certain types of marketing material or for rradar to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, you may unsubscribe to this service. To unsubscribe you can click on the “unsubscribe” link within the marketing email footer or get in touch by emailing hello@rrelentless.com or hello@rradar.com; and

6.3.6. if you do not wish to receive marketing material from us, we will retain a small amount of personal contact information, so that we can record your marketing preferences.

6.4.    We will:

6.4.1. keep your information only as long as it is necessary, whilst we have a legitimate purpose for retaining it or until you make a request for us not to send you marketing material.  How long we retain it will depend on the specific type of personal data;

6.4.2. need to retain a small amount of personal data to ensure that we do not remarket to you, once you have made a request to us not to;

​

6.4.3. where required, share information with third parties in order to meet our standards on security and retention; and

​

6.4.4. if there is no legal or commercial reason(s) why we should retain your personal data, securely delete or destroy this data.

7. Liability

7.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person arising out of or in connection with the Promotions or any prize, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or not, and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

10.2. The promotion is run independently by the Promoter.

11. General

11.1. By playing the Promotions, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. 

11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.3. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
