Welcoming Duane Folkard - Lead Cyber Underwriter to the rrelentless team

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Duane Folkard as our new Lead Cyber Underwriter here at rrelentless, as we accelerate the next phase of growth for our cyber proposition and wider product pipeline.

Duane brings over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, spanning strategic insurance broker and underwriting leadership, business and portfolio development, complex risk placement and client advisory.

Duane will also be responsible for leading and growing the rrelentless Cyber underwriting function. His proven ability to establish and grow multi-million-pound portfolios and strong teams has been recognised through top European and UK broking awards.

Duane takes over from Martyn Janes, who has successfully held the Lead Cyber Underwriter role since the launch of rrelentless in early 2024. During his tenure, the company achieved significant growth, laying a strong foundation for the next phase of scaling. Duane will further propel rrelentless’ cyber proposition, known for its proactive approach to risk management, supporting thousands of UK organisations and their subsidiaries.
